These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Eagle Ventures Estates ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

Eagle Ventures Estates is a property management consulting company providing facilities consulting, operational infrastructure planning, vendor coordination services, resource management consulting, business operations support, expansion planning consulting, and equipment sourcing advisory services. The scope of services for each engagement shall be outlined in a proposal, agreement, statement of work, invoice, or other written communication between the Company and the client.

PRICING

Pricing for services is determined based on the nature, scope, duration, and complexity of each engagement. Fees may be established on a per-project basis, hourly basis, monthly retainer, or through a customized consulting arrangement. Pricing will be disclosed and agreed upon before services begin.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms may include payment upon invoice, milestone-based billing, monthly retainers, or other mutually agreed arrangements. Unless otherwise specified in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.

LATE PAYMENTS

Amounts not paid by the due date may incur late fees, interest charges, or collection costs to the extent permitted by applicable law. Eagle Ventures Estates reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until outstanding balances have been paid in full.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds or credits, if approved, shall be determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Eagle Ventures Estates. Fees for completed work, delivered materials, or services already rendered are non-refundable.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, access to facilities when necessary, and documentation required for the successful completion of services. Delays resulting from a client's failure to provide requested information may impact schedules and deliverables.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Eagle Ventures Estates retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, systems, processes, templates, materials, and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables solely for their intended business purposes.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, business, and non-public information exchanged during an engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER

Eagle Ventures Estates provides consulting and advisory services intended to assist clients with operational planning, resource management, facilities considerations, and business infrastructure. We do not guarantee specific operational outcomes, financial performance, cost savings, or business results. Clients remain responsible for all decisions made based on recommendations provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Ventures Estates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services directly related to the claim.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with any applicable agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered and expenses incurred before termination.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blindado Properties operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
